You can use your mind to move energy through your conscious thinking. This energy has an immense influence on our lives. Much more than anything material, because mind is above matter. Spirit creates and directs matter. Everything always originated first in the mind and was thought. What you think and feel, you bring into a form. This form has energy and effect.
